WHAT IS OPQUESTS?
OPQuests TEST gives away free Steam game keys. Every giveaway is a quest: a short list of tasks, such as adding a game to your Steam wishlist, following it, joining a Steam group or trying a demo. Complete all tasks and you unlock a key for the game, which you can redeem on Steam and keep forever.
IS OPQUESTS REALLY FREE?
Yes. Signing in, completing quests and unlocking keys costs nothing. The shop sells optional tokens that let you skip tasks or rank up faster, but you never need them to win a key.
HOW CAN YOU GIVE AWAY KEYS FOR FREE?
Our platform is able to provide you with free game keys because we also advertise for publishers. We use the money that we earn from advertising sales to buy more game keys for you! Game developers and publishers use quests to reach players, grow their wishlists and followers, and get their games played.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Click Login and sign in with your Steam account. There is no separate password to create. Your Steam profile is needed because most tasks are checked on Steam, so keep your profile and game details public while you complete quests.
CAN I GET MULTIPLE KEYS FOR THE SAME GAME?
Yes, absolutely! You can complete as many giveaway quests as you wish, some featuring the same game, some featuring different ones. But you can only complete a specific quest once.
WHERE DO I FIND MY KEYS?
Every key you unlock is saved on your Keys page, where you can copy it and redeem it in Steam under Games → Activate a Product on Steam. You can also download all your keys as a file.
Quests
WHAT ARE QUESTS?
Quests are giveaways which users can enter by completing certain tasks. Once all tasks are completed and validated, the quest is completed and the giveaway prize is unlocked.
WHAT KIND OF TASKS ARE THERE?
Most tasks happen on Steam: wishlisting a game, following a game, a curator or a publisher, joining a Steam group, adding a game or demo to your library, or playing a game, demo or prologue. Some quests also ask you to join a Discord server, follow or repost on X, visit a website, or sign up on a partner site. For Discord, X and partner sites, you connect that account once in your profile, and OPQuests TEST checks the task for you.
HOW CAN I COMPLETE A QUEST?
You complete a quest by completing all tasks within it. This unlocks the giveaway prize automatically. Whether every player gets a key depends on the quest type, which is shown on each quest page.
WHAT DO THE QUEST TYPES MEAN?
- Instant: everyone who completes the quest gets a key right away.
- Lucky 2 and Lucky 3: every 2nd or every 3rd player to complete the quest gets a key.
- Unlucky 3 and Unlucky 5: everyone gets a key, except every 3rd or every 5th player.
- Raffle: when the quest ends, the keys are drawn at random among everyone who completed it.
- Rank Luck: your chance of a key depends on your rank: New 20% · Bronze 30% · Silver 40% · Gold 50% · Platinum 65% · Diamond 80%.
- Community Goal: the keys unlock for everyone once enough players have completed the quest. The quest page shows how close the community is to the goal.
WHAT DOES THE REGION ON A QUEST MEAN?
Some Steam keys only work in certain regions. Each quest shows the region its keys are for: Worldwide, Europe, US or Rest of World. Check it before you start, so the key works on your Steam account.
WHO CAN CREATE QUESTS?
Only the OPQuests TEST admins can create quests. If you are interested in creating a quest please contact us via [email protected].
CAN I REMOVE A COMPLETED TASK?
No, this is strictly against our rules. Once a quest is completed and the giveaway prize is unlocked it is forbidden to undo the completed tasks. This website features an automated system against such behavior.
WHAT ARE FAILED TASKS?
We re-check completed tasks from time to time. If you undo one on Steam, for example by removing a game from your wishlist, it shows up on your Failed Tasks page. You cannot complete further quests until you re-validate it, or clear it with a Skiptoken or Mini Skiptoken. 10 failed tasks within 30 days lead to a permanent ban.
Ranks
WHAT ARE RANKS?
Your rank shows how active you are on OPQuests TEST. Every new account starts at New, and each rank above it unlocks more and better quests. Each quest shows the rank it needs, and the bar at the top of the page shows how many quests you need for your next rank.
HOW DO I RANK UP?
By completing quests. You reach the next rank automatically once you have completed enough of them:
- Bronze: 1 completed quest, and an account at least 24 hours old
- Silver: 10 completed quests
- Gold: 35 completed quests
- Platinum: 70 completed quests
- Diamond: 150 completed quests
You can also rank up straight away with a Rank Upgrade, which takes you to the next rank, or an OPUpgrade, which takes you to the highest rank. Both are available in the shop.
Tokens
WHAT ARE SKIPTOKENS?
Skiptokens allow you to skip all tasks on a quest instantly, the only requirement to do so is having the correct rank. They also allow you to clear a failed task on the "Failed Tasks" page.
WHAT ARE OPTOKENS?
OPTokens allow you to complete any quest you wish. They bypass the ranking system and give you access to your desired game right away.
WHAT ARE MINI SKIPTOKENS?
Mini Skiptokens allow you to complete one task within a quest instantly, they also allow you to clear a failed task on the "Failed Tasks" page. They are also sold in bags of 5 and bundles of 20. A few quests do not accept Mini Skiptokens.
HOW DO I GET TOKENS?
Tokens are sold in the shop, and you can pay with PayPal or card. You also earn them by inviting friends, see the referral program below. The icons at the top of the page show how many tokens you have.
WHAT IS BULK BUY?
Bulk Buy in the shop lets you pick 10 or more games from the current quests and get all of their keys in one purchase, with a bigger discount the more games you pick. If a quest runs out of keys before your order goes through, you get a Skiptoken instead. Games bought this way do not count towards your rank.
Referrals
HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?
Share your personal referral link from your profile. When someone signs up through it and reaches Silver rank, you get a free Mini Skiptoken. Once 30 of the players you invited have reached Silver, you also get a Skiptoken.
Advertising
HOW CAN I PROMOTE MY STEAM GAME ON OPQUESTS?
You can promote your Steam game by visiting our advertising page and filling out the form! We can help you grow your wishlist, followers and even gain players for your game.
Account
HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
You can simply write us an email to [email protected] - please include your Steam username / link to your Steam user profile.
CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT?
No. Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden, and only one account per household is allowed. See our Terms of Service.
MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BANNED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Your account can get banned if you abuse our platform, for example by undoing completed tasks or using more than one account. Account bans are usually not reverted, but if you have questions about your ban then you can simply write an email to [email protected].
